Do it right. Do it every day. Do it together. These principles define my philosophy within strength and conditioning for athletes of all sports and occupations.

Do it right: Safety is the number one priority. Our goal as athletes is to prevent injury and boost performance. Don’t cut corners.

Do it every day: Consistently good is better than occasionally great. The little battles add up and help you to win the war.

Do it together: You don’t win games, your team does. Better yourself in order to expand your ability to help those to your left and right.

My name is Mike Silliman, Co-founder of Peakformance Academy. I was born and raised in Rochester, NY, and love garbage plates (as part of a balanced diet). I was in 6th grade when my dad first introduced weight training to me. He gave me a simple, progressive plan that worked. My dad laid the foundation for my passion and philosophy in strength and conditioning training and I hope I can share it with you.

With a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science and being a National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Personal Trainer and Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator, I am confident we can work together to help you achieve your performance goals.

Train with purpose: Every lift, rep, and drill has a reason behind it. The focus is on building strength, movement quality, and durability that directly translates to performance.

Improve with intent: Growth doesn’t happen by accident. Consistent, focused effort over time is what separates average from elite.

Compete with confidence: Preparation builds confidence. When you trust your training, you can play faster, react better, and perform at your highest level when it matters most.

My name is Korbin Juliano, Co-founder of Peakformance Academy. I’ve spent over a decade playing and coaching baseball, and that experience sparked my passion for helping all athletes develop the right way, both on and off the field.

With a background in strength and conditioning and hands-on experience in sports medicine, I have worked with athletes across multiple levels and have seen firsthand that real progress comes from more than just hard work; it comes from having structure, consistency, and a clear purpose behind your training.

I earned my B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Syracuse University, with minors in Sport Analytics and Business, and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

My goal is simple: to help you become a more complete athlete. Physically stronger. Mentally sharper. And better prepared to perform when it counts.
